Compact centre
The town's streets gather into a small, dense core where the main road passes through. It is a clear focal point in an otherwise open landscape.

Genç Map Poster & Print
Genç is a district town in Bingöl Province, in the mountainous east of Turkey. On a map it is small and tightly grouped. Its streets fit the shape of the ground, some following the contour lines and others climbing more directly up the slopes. A main road passes through the centre and links the town to the wider region.
The landscape around it is steep and largely open, with farmland on the gentler ground and scattered villages in the side valleys. The built area forms a clear pocket in that terrain. On a line map this contrast is striking, a small knot of streets set against wide blank spaces.
A Genç map poster suits a restrained style. There are no grand boulevards or dense grids, just a modest network of roads showing how a town settles into mountain country. The outer roads trace routes to villages beyond, and they give the composition its reach.

Slope-following streets
Many residential streets curve with the terrain rather than running straight. The shape of the hills can be read from the street pattern alone.
Roads to the valleys
A few outlying roads leave the town and wind toward surrounding villages. They extend the drawing across the page and suggest the wider mountain setting.
