Radiating roads
Several unpaved roads leave the centre in different directions. They give the map a star-like structure that ties Goré to the villages and farmland of Logone Oriental.

Goré Map Poster & Print
Goré sits in the far south of Chad, in Logone Oriental province, close to the border with the Central African Republic. From above, the town is a modest cluster of blocks around a few main roads, with compounds, open yards and footpaths filling the spaces between them. Past the edge of town the pattern loosens into fields and scattered tracks across open savanna.
The region is among the wetter parts of Chad, and the land around Goré is mostly farmed. Unpaved roads leave town in several directions and link it with neighbouring villages and the rest of the province. Over the past two decades the area has also hosted camps for people displaced from across the border, and that has shaped how the surroundings grew.
A Goré map poster keeps the picture simple: a dense centre, roads spreading outward, and a place where town and countryside meet without a sharp line. In black and white, the thin tracks and scattered blocks look like a hand-drawn survey. The result is restrained and easy to read at any size.

Compound blocks
Residential areas are made of walled compounds and yards, so the street pattern shows as irregular blocks with narrow passages instead of a strict grid.
Open savanna edge
The town boundary fades gradually into fields and footpaths. This leaves generous white space around the centre and gives the town a soft, organic outline on the page.

You can set your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, adding a name or a date that matters, and choose from five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. The HD files cost $9, or you can order a printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
