Granary waterfront
A long row of brick granaries lines the escarpment above the Vistula, built both for storage and as a defensive wall. On the map they trace a firm line between old town and river.

Grudziądz Map Poster & Print
Grudziądz stands on the right bank of the Vistula in northern Poland, where the river runs wide and the eastern bank rises in a steep escarpment. The old town sits at the top of that slope. Its riverside edge is lined with tall brick granaries built into the hillside, one of the most recognisable waterfronts in the country.
On the map, the compact medieval streets of the old town contrast with the long straight line of the river and the broad floodplain on the opposite bank. North of the centre lies a large citadel, a Prussian fortress whose angular earthworks still show clearly in the street plan. Castle Hill marks the site of the former Teutonic stronghold.
A Grudziądz map poster captures that layered shape: river, escarpment, old town, fortress and the newer districts spreading east. Bridges over the Vistula, including a long truss bridge near the centre, join the two banks and give the composition a strong horizontal anchor. It is a city whose history is easy to read from above.

Citadel earthworks
The fortress north of the centre keeps its angular bastions, which appear on the poster as sharp geometric shapes among the surrounding streets and green space.
Vistula crossing
A long truss bridge spans the wide river near the old town, carrying the eye from the dense centre across to the open floodplain on the western bank.
