North River
The river winds through marshland along the town's southern edge. Its tight curves are the most organic line in the composition.

Hanover Map Poster & Print
Hanover is on Massachusetts' South Shore, about twenty-five miles southeast of Boston. The map shows a typical New England town layout: no central grid, but old roads radiating across a wooded landscape, with houses set along them and cul-de-sac neighbourhoods filling in the spaces. Route 3 cuts across the town, a straight modern line through older, curving roads.
The North River forms part of the town's southern boundary, winding through salt marsh on its way to the sea. In the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries the river's banks had shipyards, and vessels built here were floated downstream to the coast. Today the town is mostly residential, with ponds, woods and conservation land between neighbourhoods.
A Hanover map poster shows a town that feels spread out rather than centred. The river's meanders along one edge, the highway's straight line and the many looping side streets give it an intricate, textured look. Classic black and white brings out the detail, and Paper gives it a softer, almost antique feel.
