Hermiston Map Poster & Print
Hermiston lies in Umatilla County, in the dry, open country of northeastern Oregon, a few miles south of the Columbia River. The town is laid out in a mostly rectilinear grid that expands outward along its main roads. Beyond it, the map turns into farmland. Many fields are shaped by center-pivot irrigation, which leaves large circles across the landscape.
Irrigation turned the area into productive farmland, and Hermiston is especially known for its watermelons, which are sold under the town's name across the Northwest. Interstate 84 passes just to the south, with I-82 nearby, which makes the town a transport and distribution point for the region. The Umatilla River runs to the east.
A Hermiston map poster pairs a small American grid with the geometry of irrigated agriculture. The $9 digital download includes six print sizes, each a 300 DPI PNG with a matching print-ready PDF and no watermark. Printed posters on matte paper ship from partners in more than 30 countries, with an optional wooden frame.

Zakaj Hermiston
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
The map suits people from the Columbia Basin, farming families and anyone who knows Hermiston watermelon season. The mix of grid and circles gives it an unusual, almost abstract quality.
Edit the title, subtitle and coordinates line to add a family farm, an address or a year. Sand and Paper suit the dry plateau, and Classic, Noir and Blueprint are also available as digital files or printed posters.
