‘Inak Map Poster & Print
‘Inak lies in the Qatif area of Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, on the western shore of the Gulf. It belongs to the Qatif oasis, one of the oldest settled areas in the region, long sustained by groundwater that supported date palm cultivation. From above, the town sits where cultivated land, housing and coastline meet.
The map shows dense blocks of houses, surrounded in places by the textured green of palm groves and farms, with roads that follow old field boundaries. To the east the land meets the shallow, indented coast of the Gulf, where reclaimed land and newer roads have altered the shoreline over the years.
An ‘Inak map poster records a landscape of contrast: the fine grain of old oasis streets, the softer shapes of farmland, and the long line of the coast. It is a distinctive picture of the Eastern Province that differs clearly from the desert grids of newer Saudi cities.

Gulf shoreline
The shallow Gulf coast forms the eastern edge of the map, an uneven outline shaped by both nature and land reclamation.
Dense old blocks
Close-packed housing and narrow streets in the older parts of town contrast sharply with the wider roads of later development.
