Itajaí do Sul river
The river curves through town and sets the direction of the main streets. It is the clearest single line on the map and a natural centre for the composition.

Ituporanga Map Poster & Print
Ituporanga sits in the Alto Vale do Itajaí, the upper valley country of Santa Catarina, where the land folds into green hills and narrow valley floors. The town grew along the Itajaí do Sul river. From above, its centre traces the water, and the streets bend with the curves of the valley instead of keeping to a strict grid.
Around the urban core the map loosens into rural roads that climb the slopes and link scattered farms. Ituporanga is known across Brazil as a leading onion-growing municipality and calls itself the national capital of the onion. That farming shows in the patchwork of cultivated land around the town, where small plots cover the hillsides and valley floors in every direction.
An Ituporanga map poster captures the balance between a compact centre and the countryside that supports it. The river gives the composition a natural spine, while the branching roads fan outward across the hills like veins. In black and white the town becomes a quiet study of how a farming community settles into a valley and spreads along its slopes.

Valley streets
Instead of a rigid grid, streets bend with the terrain, so blocks vary in shape and the centre has an organic, slightly irregular look from above.
Farm roads
Beyond the edge of town, thin rural roads climb into the hills and connect the farmland, spreading a fine network of lines across the outer part of the poster.
