Dresden Airport
The airport runway and aprons form the largest geometric shape on the map. They give the poster a strong, technical horizontal line along the district's edge.

Klotzsche Map Poster & Print
Klotzsche is a district in the north of Dresden, on the higher ground above the Elbe valley. It was an independent town until the middle of the twentieth century, and it still has a character of its own. Leafy villa streets in the garden-city tradition sit next to newer housing, research sites and technology companies.
Two large shapes define its map. To the north-west lies Dresden Airport, whose runway forms a long straight bar. To the east stretches the Dresdner Heide, a large forest whose paths and firebreaks run in long straight lines. Between them, the residential streets of Klotzsche form a finer, more irregular pattern with curving avenues and small squares.
A Klotzsche map poster gets its strength from that contrast. The dense web of streets is framed by the geometry of the airfield on one side and the calm, lightly marked woodland on the other. It is a map of a place that mixes suburb, forest and technology, and it reads as clean and quietly structured.

Dresdner Heide
The broad forest east of Klotzsche is crossed by long straight paths. On the print it becomes a calm field of fine lines against empty space.
Villa quarter streets
Curving avenues and garden plots in the older residential areas create a softer, more intimate texture between the airfield and the woods.

Zakaj Klotzsche
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Klotzsche suits people who work at its research campuses and technology firms, families in its villa streets, and anyone who knows Dresden well. The map shows a side of the city that tourists rarely see but residents value.
Add a name, date or short phrase to the title and subtitle, and fine-tune the coordinates line. Then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Blueprint suits the district's engineering side particularly well.
