Organic town core
The centre is a dense knot of narrow lanes that grew over time without a formal plan. It reads as fine, irregular texture against the open land around it.

Konnūr Map Poster & Print
Konnūr is a town in the Belagavi district of northern Karnataka, not far from Gokak. The surrounding land is a wide agricultural plain, and a map shows it as a patchwork of field boundaries, cart tracks and scattered hamlets. The built-up area is small and irregular. Its lanes did not follow a planned grid but grew outward from an older core as the town expanded.
Water shapes this part of Karnataka, and the Ghataprabha river system runs through the surrounding district. On a map the river appears as a long, winding line through the fields, with roads converging where they can cross it. Around Konnūr, road and rail links toward Gokak and the wider region lie across the plain as straight strokes. They contrast with the looser, organic pattern of the town itself.
A Konnūr map poster is a quiet composition. It has no dramatic coastline or skyline, only the texture of an agricultural town: close-set lanes in the centre, thinner roads spreading into the countryside, and the lines of water and transport that link it to its neighbours. For anyone with roots here, those small details are what make the map personal.

River country
The river landscape of the Belagavi district runs through the surrounding plain. Waterways and their crossings help explain where the main roads run.
Field patterns
Beyond the last houses, farm boundaries and tracks fill the frame with a soft geometric pattern that gives the poster a calm edge.
