Korostyshiv Map Poster & Print
Korostyshiv lies in Zhytomyr Oblast on the Teteriv River, beside the main highway between Kyiv and Zhytomyr and much closer to the latter. The river is the strongest element on the map: it loops through the town in a series of bends, with streets fanning out on both banks and bridges stitching the two sides together. Ponds and wooded areas soften the edges.
The area is known for granite. Quarries around the town have supplied stone for generations, and outcrops of rock along the Teteriv give the riverbanks a rugged character that is rare in the flatter parts of Ukraine. On a map these show as irregular clearings and water-filled pits, adding unexpected detail to the outskirts.
A Korostyshiv map poster traces the town through its river, from the older core near the water to the residential streets on higher ground. It is an understated design with one strong curve at its heart, a good fit for anyone connected to this part of Zhytomyr Oblast or to the stone-working towns of the region.

Granite quarries
Former and working quarries form angular clearings and flooded pits around the outskirts, a direct trace of the stone industry the town is known for.
Kyiv–Zhytomyr highway
The main road between the two cities passes the town, a long straight line that contrasts with the winding river running beside it.

Zakaj Korostyshiv
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
People hang a map of Korostyshiv to keep a hometown close, or to mark summers spent by the river and the quarry lakes. The river bends are recognisable at once, and the surrounding streets fill in the personal detail.
Change the title, subtitle and coordinates line to add a name, a street or a year, and choose from five styles. Blueprint suits the technical feel of granite country, while Noir gives the whole design a darker, more dramatic mood.
