Valley-floor plan
The town stretches along a valley floor, its streets packed into the flat land between the hills. The map takes an elongated, directional shape rather than a round or gridded one.

Kuandian Map Poster & Print
Kuandian is the seat of Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County in Liaoning Province, in the mountainous east of the province under the administration of Dandong. The town lies in a valley among forested hills. Its streets follow the flat valley floor and the main roads rather than spreading in every direction. On a map, the shape of the hills is felt in every line.
The county borders the Yalu River, which forms the frontier with North Korea, and much of its land is mountain forest. Its status as an autonomous county recognises the Manchu heritage of a large part of the population. The town is a compact administrative and commercial centre, with a denser core of blocks and newer residential districts filling the available flat ground.
A Kuandian map poster shows a town shaped by its setting: an elongated street network, roads following the valley toward neighbouring towns, and open, empty space where the hills rise. It suits people from eastern Liaoning, those with Manchu family roots, and anyone who appreciates how mountain valleys shape the growth of a Chinese county town.

Mountain surroundings
Forested hills rise at the edges of the built area, and the map thins quickly into open space. The town is framed by quiet, unmarked terrain.
Roads through the valley
Main roads follow the valley out of town toward neighbouring settlements and Dandong. These clear connecting lines trace the shape of the landscape around the town.
