Kūdligi Map Poster & Print
Kūdligi is a town in the eastern part of Karnataka, in the dry interior of the Deccan plateau. From above it is a compact settlement: a centre of closely spaced lanes surrounded by lower-density neighbourhoods. The main roads run straight out across a wide landscape of fields, scrub and scattered rocky outcrops.
As in much of the Deccan, water storage shapes the land. Traditional tanks and small reservoirs dot the area around the town, appearing on the map as irregular pale shapes. Roads connect Kūdligi with the neighbouring towns and villages of the region, and they form a simple radial pattern around the centre.
A Kūdligi map poster draws out the character of a plateau town, where the built area is small and the surrounding land is broad and open. With few lines competing for attention, the centre stands out clearly, and the straight roads give the print a calm, almost geometric frame.

Radiating roads
Main roads leave the town in several directions across level ground. Their long straight lines divide the frame into clean sections.
Tanks and reservoirs
Water tanks typical of the Deccan are scattered around the town. They appear as quiet shapes set against the lines of roads and field boundaries.
