Compact town centre
The core of Lalín is small and close-knit, with short streets and squares gathered around the main civic buildings. It forms a dark, dense spot at the centre of the print.

Lalín Map Poster & Print
Lalín is the main town of the Deza comarca in the province of Pontevedra, close to the geographic centre of Galicia. From above, the town itself is compact, a small cluster of central streets and squares. The wider municipality spreads into dozens of rural parishes linked by winding country roads. Fields, woods and hamlets turn the map into a patchwork.
The town is known across Spain for the Feira do Cocido, a winter festival devoted to the Galician stew that draws large crowds each year. Livestock farming has long shaped the local economy. The pastures and small farms around the town show up in the scattered settlement pattern typical of inland Galicia, where houses gather in tiny villages rather than one large town.
A Lalín map poster shows a particular Galician balance between a small urban heart and a countryside full of lanes. The dense centre gives the eye a place to rest, while the rural network spreads outward in fine lines. It is a fitting piece for anyone from Deza or with roots in the Galician interior.

Rural parishes
The municipality includes many parishes, each a scatter of hamlets joined by narrow roads. On the map they appear as small clusters dotted across the green interior.
Roads across Galicia
Main roads leave the town in several directions. They reflect its central position in Galicia and its role as a crossing point between the coast and the interior.

Zakaj Lalín
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Galicia has a long tradition of emigration, and many families abroad still trace their origins to a single parish in Deza. A map of Lalín keeps that connection visible, whether it hangs in Vigo, Buenos Aires or London.
Change the title and subtitle to name a parish, a family or a date, and edit the coordinates line if you like. The map comes in Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, as HD files or a printed poster.
