Flat lowland grid
The level terrain allows long, straight roads, giving the poster a calm structure of open blocks that fill in more densely near the main routes.

Libertad Map Poster & Print
Libertad lies in the Caraga region of north-eastern Mindanao, in the lowland area around Butuan. The terrain here is broad and flat, shaped by the wide river valley and its approach to the coast. From above, the place reads as a pattern of roads and residential streets laid across open ground, with fields and waterways never far away.
The street layout is practical rather than planned for show. Main roads carry traffic across the district, while smaller lanes branch off towards homes, schools and local markets. Drainage channels and creeks add thin, irregular lines to the map.
The surrounding region is closely tied to the Agusan River, one of the largest rivers in the Philippines, and to the long history of settlement along Butuan Bay. A Libertad map poster presents this ordinary, lived-in landscape in clean black lines, without decoration.

Creeks and channels
Small waterways cross the area in thin, winding lines, adding natural texture to the map and recalling the importance of water in this river region.
Main road spine
A primary road runs through the district and anchors the composition, with side streets branching off it into residential neighbourhoods on either side.

Zakaj Libertad
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
A map of Libertad is usually a personal choice, made by people who grew up there or have family in the Butuan area. It records a home that rarely appears on printed maps, which is exactly what makes it worth framing.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, and choose one of five styles: Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. You can preview it free, download HD files for $9 or order a matte print.
