Lichtenvoorde Map Poster & Print
Lichtenvoorde is a town in the Achterhoek, in the east of Gelderland, and part of the municipality of Oost Gelre. Its old centre is small and rounded, with streets converging on the historic core. Newer residential districts have grown outward around it in every direction, and all of this sits within the patchwork of fields, farmsteads and wooded strips typical of this part of the Netherlands.
The town is known well beyond the region for two events. Every September the flower parade, the Bloemencorso, fills the streets with floats covered in dahlias. Each summer, the fields at the edge of town host the Zwarte Cross, a large festival built around motocross and music that draws huge crowds.
A Lichtenvoorde map poster captures the classic structure of a Dutch country town: a dense, curved centre, orderly postwar neighbourhoods and a countryside cut into tidy parcels by roads and ditches. The balance between built-up and open land makes the map easy to read and pleasant to look at, whether you know the town well or have only visited for a festival.

Zakaj Lichtenvoorde
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Some people hang this map because they grew up in Lichtenvoorde. Others hang it because of a summer at the Zwarte Cross or a September spent building a corso float. Either way, it holds a specific kind of Dutch small-town memory.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with the year of a festival, and choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. HD files cost $9, and matte printed posters with optional wooden frames are also available.
