Long Beach Map Poster & Print
Long Beach occupies the southern edge of Los Angeles County, and its map is split between two worlds. To the west the Port of Long Beach spreads across a flat maze of piers, container terminals and channels beside the mouth of the Los Angeles River. To the east a regular street grid runs down to a long, straight beach facing San Pedro Bay.
A federal breakwater sits offshore, which is why the city’s beach has unusually calm water. At the eastern end, around Alamitos Bay, the pattern turns playful: Naples is built on small islands ringed by canals, and marinas cut into the shore. Inland, Signal Hill rises as a separate city entirely surrounded by Long Beach, visible as an enclave on the map.
The retired ocean liner Queen Mary has been moored here since 1967, and the port, combined with neighbouring Los Angeles, forms the largest container complex in the United States. A Long Beach map poster brings the working harbour, the calm shoreline and the canal islands of Naples into one detailed frame.

Signal Hill
A small independent city on a hill in the middle of Long Beach, its irregular winding streets forming a distinct island inside the regular grid.

Zakaj Long Beach
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Long Beach appeals to people who know it as a place to live and work rather than a stop on the way to Los Angeles. The contrast between cargo terminals and quiet canal streets makes a map that feels specific to this city and nowhere else.
You can title it with a neighbourhood like Belmont Shore or Naples, add a subtitle and set a date in the coordinates line. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and order in sizes up to 24×36″ as a file or a framed print.
