Macon Map Poster & Print
Macon sits on the fall line in central Georgia, where the Ocmulgee River leaves the hills for the coastal plain. Its downtown was laid out on a generous grid of unusually wide streets beside the river, and older neighbourhoods climb the slopes to the northwest. Interstates loop around the city, and the river curves through its eastern side.
Across the river lies Ocmulgee Mounds National Historical Park, where earthen mounds built more than a thousand years ago still rise above the floodplain. Macon is known for its spring Cherry Blossom Festival, for Mercer University and for its music history, which includes Little Richard, Otis Redding and the Allman Brothers Band.
A Macon map poster sets the formal downtown grid against the loose curves of the Ocmulgee and the open ground of the mounds. It suits Mercer graduates, music fans and anyone who calls middle Georgia home, and it reads well at every size.

Ocmulgee River
The river runs along the eastern side of the city in soft bends, separating downtown from the floodplain and the mounds beyond.
Ocmulgee Mounds
East of the river, the historical park opens a large quiet area on the map, surrounding the site of ancient mounds on the low ground.

Zakaj Macon
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Macon means different things to different people: a college town, a music city, a place of blossoms in spring. A map poster holds all of that in one calm image of streets, river and park.
Add a graduation year, an address or a band name as the subtitle and pick from five styles. Classic suits an office, while Sand fits a warmer room. Printed posters come on matte paper, with an optional wooden frame.
