Mahayag Map Poster & Print
Mahayag lies inland in Zamboanga del Sur, on the Zamboanga Peninsula of Mindanao. On a map the town centre is a compact grid of streets surrounded by open farmland, with roads branching out toward the barangays that make up the rest of the municipality. The land is gently rolling, crossed by streams that wind between the fields and settlements.
Agriculture defines the area, and from above that shows as a patchwork of fields between the settled strips along the roads. The town serves as a market and service centre for the surrounding farming communities. Hills rise toward the edges of the municipality, and the road pattern shifts from the straight lines of the centre to more winding routes in the uplands.
A Mahayag map poster works well with a medium frame that captures both the gridded centre and the start of the countryside. The contrast between dense town blocks and scattered rural lines gives the print a clear structure. In any of the five styles it becomes a calm portrait of a Mindanao farming town and its fields.

Barangay roads
Roads branch from the centre to outlying barangays, stretching like thin threads across the farmland and connecting small clusters of houses.
Rolling farmland
Fields and streams fill much of the municipality, giving the edges of the map a soft, open texture before the ground rises toward nearby hills.
