Railway junction
Several rail lines meet at Manage and sweep through the municipality. Their long curves are the strongest graphic element on the map and divide the town into clear sections.

Manage Map Poster & Print
Manage is a municipality in Hainaut, in the part of Wallonia historically known as the Centre region. It grew during Belgium's industrial age, when coal and heavy industry transformed the land between Charleroi and Mons. The map still carries traces of that period. Terraced streets run in long rows, and open ground marks where industrial sites once stood.
Railways are the clearest lines on the plan. Manage is a rail junction, and its tracks cut through the town in long, gentle curves that housing and roads have to work around. Between the lines, the settlement is a mix of older village cores and later residential streets, joined into a single built-up area.
A Manage map poster shows a landscape made by work. It lacks a single grand centre, and its structure comes from rails and roads, from former industrial land and the rows of houses built for the people who worked there. Seen from above, all of that forms a pattern with its own logic.

Worker terraces
Long rows of terraced housing line many of the streets. From above they form fine, parallel strips, a pattern typical of the industrial towns in this part of Hainaut.
Joined villages
Manage grew out of several smaller centres that later merged. On the map you can still find these older cores as knots of denser streets within the wider town.

Zakaj Manage
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
For anyone from the Centre region, Manage is a familiar name on station boards and in family histories. A poster of its streets and rails honours an ordinary town that did a great deal of the country's work.
Give the poster your own title and subtitle, such as a street name, a family name or a year, and edit the coordinates line if you wish. Pick one of five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
