Estate road patterns
Residential estates are laid out with curving roads, loops and cul-de-sacs. On the poster they create intricate, almost ornamental shapes between the straighter main routes.

Mukim Pulai Map Poster & Print
Mukim Pulai is a mukim, or subdistrict, in the Johor Bahru district of southern Johor, west of the state capital and not far from the crossings to Singapore. It shares its name with the Pulai River, which flows south toward the Strait of Johor. From above, the area is a patchwork of planned housing estates, commercial strips and remaining patches of green land.
Much of the development here has taken shape in recent decades as Johor Bahru expanded outward. The map reflects that: housing estates with looping roads and cul-de-sacs sit beside broad highways and interchanges, and newer townships are laid out in neat, self-contained patterns. Between them, streams, drainage channels and wooded or planted plots break the urban fabric into separate pieces.
Because the area is defined by administrative lines rather than a single historic centre, a Mukim Pulai map poster works best as a portrait of a particular neighbourhood. Centre it on your own estate or street and the surrounding roads, parks and waterways will frame it naturally, giving a personal view of this part of southern Johor.

Highway links
Major highways and interchanges cross the area, connecting it with Johor Bahru and the rest of the state. Their wide curves and ramps form bold lines across the design.
Green gaps
Streams, channels and areas of undeveloped or planted land separate the townships. In black and white they become quiet open spaces that give the busier estates room to breathe.
