Nandajie Map Poster & Print
Nandajie lies in the western part of Chongqing Municipality, in the hilly land between the Yangtze and the Sichuan Basin's central plains. Its name means South Main Street, a common name for a town centre in this region. From above, the town sits among low hills, and the street pattern bends with the terrain rather than forming a strict grid.
The surrounding countryside is a patchwork of terraced fields, small reservoirs and villages linked by winding roads. In this part of Chongqing, the land rarely stays flat for long, and the map shows it through the curves of the roads and the irregular shapes of the fields. Newer roads and expressways cut straighter lines across the older, more organic pattern.
A Nandajie map poster captures the typical texture of the western Chongqing hills: a compact town centre, roads threading through valleys and a countryside of fine, flowing shapes. It is a calm, detailed composition that suits both lighter styles like Paper and darker ones like Noir.
