Nova Resende Map Poster & Print
Nova Resende is a municipality in southern Minas Gerais, Brazil, in a region widely known for coffee production. The land is made of rolling, often steep hills, many of them covered in rows of coffee plants. On a map, the town takes up a compact area within this farmland, with roads spreading outward along ridges and valleys to the plantations and rural communities.
The town's street pattern is irregular, fitted to the slopes rather than laid out as a strict grid. Streets curve around hillsides and meet at odd angles, and the blocks vary widely in shape. At poster scale this produces a lively, intricate outline, with the dense core gradually opening into scattered buildings and roads at the edge of town.
Coffee drives the local economy and sets the town's seasonal rhythm, with the harvest bringing activity to the farms around it. A Nova Resende map poster focuses on the town's layout and the first stretches of rural road, giving a clean, careful view of a small town in one of Brazil's key coffee regions.
