Plateau setting
The town lies on raised ground above the surrounding plains. That height explains its cooler weather, and on the map it shows as open, gently broken terrain around a compact centre.

Palmaner Map Poster & Print
Palmaner sits on the elevated plateau in the Chittoor region of Andhra Pradesh, close to the borders with Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. From above, the town looks compact. A dense core of lanes gathers around the main road, and the grid loosens into scattered plots, orchards and field boundaries as it reaches outward. The height of the plateau gives the town a milder climate than the plains below.
The surroundings are what make the map interesting. Irrigation tanks appear as irregular pale shapes. Rocky outcrops break the pattern of fields, and roads leave the centre in several directions towards larger towns across the three state borders. The forested hills of the Kaundinya Wildlife Sanctuary, known for its elephants, lie in the wider district. On paper the town reads as a small, dense knot in open country.
A Palmaner map poster keeps that contrast between a tight centre and a loose, agricultural edge. The black linework records the main road through town, the side streets that branch from it and the tracks running out to the fields. It suits anyone who grew up on the plateau, spent cool evenings there, or passes through regularly on the way between cities.

Tanks and fields
Irrigation tanks and field boundaries surround the built-up area. They make a loose, irregular pattern that contrasts with the denser streets at the core of town.
Roads outward
Several roads leave the centre towards neighbouring towns and states. Seen from above, they look like spokes, and they tie Palmaner into a regional web that crosses three state borders.

Zakaj Palmaner
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
For many people Palmaner means a family home, a school or a regular stop on a long drive. A map of it is a quiet, personal thing to hang, more a record of a familiar place than a landmark print.
You can set your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example a family name or a year. Choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand to match the room where the poster will hang.
