The North and South Inch
Two broad public parks sit at either end of the centre. On the map they appear as calm open spaces that set off the tighter grid of streets between them.

Perth Map Poster & Print
Perth grew up where the River Tay could be bridged, and the map still shows it. The old centre sits on the west bank in a tight rectangle of streets, while the wide river curves past to the east. Two large open greens, the North Inch and the South Inch, bracket the town at either end like a pair of bookends.
Across the water the ground rises steeply to Kinnoull Hill, whose wooded slopes and cliff face form the eastern edge of any view of the city. Bridges join the two banks, among them Smeaton's eighteenth-century Perth Bridge. Georgian terraces line the edges of the Inches, so the drawing combines formal streets and open parkland in a way few towns can match.
Known as the Fair City, Perth lies close to Scone, where Scottish kings were once crowned on the Stone of Destiny. It regained formal city status in 2012. A Perth map poster works because every element is so easy to read: the river, the two greens, the dense core and the hill across the water, all within a single balanced frame.

River Tay crossings
The Tay is wide here, and its road and rail bridges cross it at intervals. They give the eastern half of the poster its strongest horizontal lines.
Kinnoull Hill
East of the river the streets thin out against a steep wooded hill. Its winding paths and roads contrast gently with the Georgian planning on the opposite bank.

Zakaj Perth
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Perth is a place people move away from and still remember in detail: a walk around the North Inch, a flat by the river, a school near the South Inch. A map keeps those places in their true proportions, which can feel more personal than a photograph.
Personalise the title, add a date or a line of your own, and keep or edit the coordinates. Five styles are available: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand. Download print-ready files for $9, or order a matte print with an optional wooden frame.
