Pīshīn Map Poster & Print
Pīshīn lies in the south of Sistan and Baluchestan province, in the far southeast of Iran, close to the border with Pakistan. The surrounding terrain is arid, and from above the town appears as a compact knot of streets surrounded by wide open ground, where the lines of roads and dry watercourses become the main features.
The street plan is modest and irregular, with lanes gathering around a central area and thinning out quickly towards the edges. Where water allows, patches of cultivation sit close to the settlement, and they show on a map as fine divisions against the broader emptiness of the land around.
A Pīshīn map poster is quiet by nature. It relies on the contrast between a small, dense core and the spaciousness around it, which gives the print a strong sense of place in a region where settlements are few and distances are long.

Roads across open ground
A few roads lead away from the town across dry terrain, drawn as long, isolated lines connecting Pīshīn to the wider province.
Seasonal watercourses
Dry channels that carry water only occasionally leave branching traces across the landscape, adding delicate linework to the edges of the map.
