Valley streets
The street network settles along the lower ground, following the valleys and river courses rather than forming a strict grid across the landscape.

Puyang Map Poster & Print
Puyang lies in the hilly interior of Zhejiang province, a landscape of green slopes, valleys and small rivers. On a map, the built-up area follows the lower ground, with streets gathering along the valley floors and thinning as the terrain rises. The result is a compact, irregular pattern shaped more by the land than by any grand plan.
Like many places in this part of Zhejiang, it combines an older centre of closer, narrower streets with newer districts laid out in wider, more regular blocks. Roads and waterways run through the valleys and connect it with neighbouring towns, while the hills around it form a natural edge that frames the map on several sides.
A Puyang map poster is best suited to those who know the place personally, whether as a hometown, a family origin or a place of work. Rendered in clean black lines, the relationship between street, river and hillside becomes easy to read, and even a modest street network takes on a calm, graphic quality.

Surrounding hills
Green slopes rise around the built-up area, shaping its outline and giving the edges of the map a softer, less regular character.
Old and new districts
Closer, narrower streets in the older centre contrast with the wider blocks of more recent development, a pattern common to towns across Zhejiang.
