Modern avenues
Broad, straight streets laid out for newer districts form a clear, open grid, contrasting sharply with the finer and more irregular lines of the older town.

Qinggang Map Poster & Print
Qinggang lies in the western part of Chongqing municipality, in the rolling country between the city's central districts and the wider Sichuan Basin. The landscape is made of low hills, small valleys and reservoirs, and the town's map carries all three: roads that curve around rises, fields between them and scattered bodies of water.
Like many places around Chongqing, Qinggang has grown quickly. Wide, straight avenues laid out for new residential and industrial areas sit next to older, narrower streets that follow the ground more closely. On a map this produces a striking mix, crisp modern blocks alongside irregular earlier patterns, with patches of farmland still visible at the edges.
Major roads and expressways crossing the area link it to central Chongqing, adding long, smooth curves to the composition. A Qinggang map poster records the town at a particular stage of its growth, which gives the print quiet value as a record of a place that will keep changing over the coming years.

Hills and reservoirs
Low hills interrupt the street network, and small reservoirs and ponds appear as calm solid shapes, a reminder of the farming landscape around the town.
Expressway curves
Fast roads sweep through the area in long, smooth arcs, connecting Qinggang to central Chongqing and adding a sense of motion to the composition.

Zakaj Qinggang
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
A map of Qinggang suits anyone who lived through its recent transformation or moved away for work and study. It fixes the town at one moment, with its new avenues and old lanes side by side.
Add a title, a subtitle naming your neighbourhood, and a date that means something to you, and keep or change the coordinates. Of the five styles, Blueprint underlines the new planning, while Paper and Sand bring a softer tone to the hills.
