Dense town centre
Narrow lanes and closely packed buildings form a tight, irregular core, the kind of organic street pattern that develops over generations in market towns of the plain.

Rāmpur Map Poster & Print
This Rāmpur lies in the far west of Uttar Pradesh, on the fertile plain between the Yamuna and the Ganges, and should not be confused with the larger city of the same name further east. From above it appears as a dense, compact town, its lanes packed tightly together and surrounded on all sides by cultivated land.
The surrounding countryside is one of northern India's farming heartlands, with sugarcane and wheat grown across the plain. On a map that shows up as wide, open ground cut by straight field roads, against which the irregular core of the town stands out as a small, intricate knot of streets and lanes.
A Rāmpur map poster is about contrast: the fine, tangled lanes of an old north Indian town set against the plain geometry of the farmland around it. Because the town is compact, it can be shown in full with plenty of breathing room, which gives the print a calm, balanced look suited to a home or office wall.

Roads across the Doab
Roads leave the town toward surrounding villages and larger towns, running in long, nearly straight lines across the level ground between the two great rivers.
Farmland all around
Open cultivated land surrounds the town, leaving generous white space on the map and making the built-up area read as a clear, self-contained shape.
