Delta canals
Irrigation channels from the Krishna system cross the landscape around the town. They give the map long, thin lines and set the pattern of the fields.

Repalle Map Poster & Print
Repalle lies in coastal Andhra Pradesh, in the Krishna River delta, not far from where the river reaches the Bay of Bengal. The land is flat, low and fertile, watered by the delta's irrigation canals, and is among the main rice-growing areas of the state.
On a map, the town appears as a compact centre of streets and blocks where local roads meet, with a railway line reaching it from the north. Outside the built-up area, canals and field boundaries divide the landscape into a fine pattern of paddy plots, and roads lead south and east toward the coast.
A Repalle map poster shows how delta towns sit in their watery setting. The canals and field lines surrounding the compact core give the black-and-white print a calm, even texture, a close likeness of the flat, green country around the town.
