Harbour front
The fishing port sits at the centre of the town's waterfront, its breakwaters and quays drawing sharp geometric lines against the softer curves of the ría.

Ribeira Map Poster & Print
Ribeira occupies the southwestern point of the Barbanza peninsula in the province of A Coruña, where the Ría de Arousa opens to the Atlantic. On a map the coastline is its defining feature: small coves, rocky points, beaches and sheltered bays trace an intricate edge around the land. The town itself gathers around its harbour, with streets climbing gently from the waterfront toward the low hills inland.
The port is one of the most important fishing harbours in Galicia, and the life of the town still turns on the sea, from the fleet and fish market to the canning and shellfish trades of the ría. Within the municipality lies the Corrubedo dune and lagoon complex, a protected natural park with a large moving dune, beaches and wetlands along the Atlantic side.
A Ribeira map poster gathers the harbour, the ragged shoreline and the scattered parishes of the peninsula into one frame. The shapes of the ría and the ocean coast leave generous white space, which makes the outline of the land stand out sharply. It is a map that feels maritime even without colour, simply through the line where streets end and water begins.

Corrubedo dunes
On the Atlantic side of the municipality, the dunes and lagoons of the Corrubedo natural park form a broad open area that contrasts with the built-up coast.
Mouth of the ría
The wide mouth of the Ría de Arousa, dotted with small islands, spreads across the lower part of the map and gives the composition a strong sense of open water.

Zakaj Ribeira
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Ribeira is a place people carry with them, whether they grew up among fishing families or spent summers on its beaches. A map of its shoreline recalls the sea without resorting to postcard images, and the indented coast makes for a genuinely striking picture on a wall.
The title can read Ribeira, Riveira or anything you choose, and the subtitle and coordinates can mark a date or a family story. The five styles range from crisp Classic black & white to the softer Sand, and printed posters ship from partners in more than 30 countries.
