Samtredia Map Poster & Print
Samtredia lies in the Imereti region of western Georgia, on the broad lowland that opens toward the Black Sea. Its map is organised around the railway: tracks arrive from several directions and meet here, and the town spreads out on both sides of them. Streets follow a largely regular layout across the flat ground.
The town is known in Georgia as an important railway junction, where lines toward the Black Sea ports branch from the main line running east. That role shaped its growth, and the wide band of rail yards remains one of the most visible features from above, dividing neighbourhoods and giving the plan its structure.
A Samtredia map poster turns this working infrastructure into a strong graphic image. The converging lines of track, the grid of streets and the rivers and fields of the surrounding plain produce a composition with clear direction, and in black and white the geometry of the junction becomes the centrepiece of the sheet.

Lowland streets
The flat terrain allowed a fairly regular street layout, which reads as an even texture on either side of the railway corridor.
Surrounding plain
Beyond the town the Colchian lowland opens into fields and waterways, framing Samtredia with quiet space on all sides.
