Beside the old town
Szczepin begins just west of Wrocław's historic centre, so the map shows the sharp change from dense medieval streets to open postwar blocks.

Szczepin Map Poster & Print
Szczepin is a district of Wrocław lying directly west of the historic centre. On a map it fills the land between the old town and the western neighbourhoods, with the Oder and its branches close by to the north. Unlike the medieval core next door, much of Szczepin is made up of large postwar housing blocks set in open green courtyards.
The area was heavily damaged in 1945 during the siege of Festung Breslau, and most of it was rebuilt in the following decades. That history is visible from above: wide streets, generous spacing between buildings and long rectangular blocks, with only a few older street lines surviving from before the war.
A Szczepin map poster shows a very specific piece of Wrocław. Its broad, open layout sits right beside the dense streets of the old town, and the river edge gives the composition a strong northern boundary. It is a good choice for anyone who wants their own neighbourhood rather than the familiar city-centre view.

Oder riverside
The Oder and its channels run close by to the north, adding curved water lines and bridges to the edge of the district.
Postwar housing blocks
Long residential blocks set among lawns and courtyards give the district a spacious, regular pattern that reads clearly at any print size.

Zakaj Szczepin
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Wrocław residents often identify with their district more than with the city as a whole. A Szczepin print says exactly where you live or grew up, down to the streets you walk every day.
Set the title to Szczepin or Wrocław, add a year or a personal line below it, and keep the coordinates. Choose one of five styles, then download HD files for $9 or order a matte print with an optional wooden frame.
