Umreth Map Poster & Print
Umreth is a town in Anand district in central Gujarat. It lies in the region known as Charotar, a fertile tract between the Mahi and Sabarmati rivers known for its agriculture and its prosperous towns. The land is flat and green, divided into fields and linked by a close network of roads between villages.
The town has a long history as a local centre of trade, and its old core shows it. On a map, the centre is a tight tangle of narrow lanes and closely packed buildings. That is the pattern of a town that grew over centuries rather than being laid out in one plan. Newer areas spread outward with wider, straighter streets.
An Umreth map poster captures the contrast between old and new: a dense, intricate heart surrounded by more open development and farmland. Small tanks and roads out to neighbouring towns add further structure. For families with roots in Umreth, including many now living overseas, the map is a direct link to home.

Outward growth
Newer neighbourhoods extend along wider roads beyond the old centre. They show clearly how the town has expanded.
