Vahdat Map Poster & Print
Vahdat lies east of Dushanbe, in the valley of the Kofarnihon River, which gave the town its former name. The valley runs between mountain ridges, and the map shows the town laid out on the flat ground beside the river, with the hills rising beyond.
Much of the street plan follows the regular Soviet-era layout, with wide avenues and large rectangular blocks. The main road from Dushanbe passes through the town and continues east into the Rasht valley, and a railway line also reaches Vahdat, adding a second long line through the valley.
Irrigated farmland surrounds the town, divided by canals and field roads. A Vahdat map poster captures a town that works as a gateway from the capital toward the mountains, with the river and road running side by side through the valley.

Soviet-era grid
Wide streets and large rectangular blocks give the town a regular, planned structure that reads clearly in a black and white print.
Road to the east
The main road from Dushanbe crosses the town and heads east toward the mountains, a strong line that gives the map direction.
