Yantai Map Poster & Print
This Yantai is a town in the east of Chongqing Municipality, far inland and quite different from the better-known coastal city of the same name in Shandong. It lies in the ridge-and-valley country of the eastern Sichuan Basin, where long, parallel mountain ranges run from northeast to southwest and farmland fills the broad troughs between them.
From above, the town is a compact knot of streets, with the main roads following the grain of the landscape and smaller lanes branching toward the slopes. Terraced fields, ponds and scattered hamlets fill the surrounding area, and on a print the lines of roads and paths can seem to lean in the same direction as the ridges around them.
A Yantai map poster of this Chongqing town is meant for the people who actually know it: those who grew up here, families who moved to the city for work, and relatives who return for the holidays. It is a modest place with a clear sense of setting, and a wider frame helps show the ridges that enclose the landscape and give the town its character.

Compact centre
The town's streets gather tightly in one small core, giving the map a clear focus against the open rural texture that surrounds it on every side.
Rural lanes
Narrow roads and footpaths wander between terraces, ponds and farmhouses, adding a fine, irregular pattern that rewards a close look at larger print sizes.

Zakaj Yantai
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Hometowns in inland China are often small and far from the cities where their children now live. A map of Yantai in Chongqing can carry that connection across the distance, as a gift for parents or a reminder of where a family began.
The title and subtitle can say exactly what you want, and the coordinates line pins the place precisely, which helps with a shared name. Pick from five styles and download six sizes for $9, or order a matte printed poster.
