Zhancheng Map Poster & Print
Zhancheng is a town in the Xuzhou area of northern Jiangsu, on the broad, low plain that stretches across this part of eastern China. The landscape is almost completely level, and centuries of farming have divided it into long rectangular fields. From above, the town appears as a denser cluster of blocks within that patchwork, connected to neighbouring villages by straight roads.
Water management shapes much of the region's map. Drainage channels, irrigation ditches and larger waterways run through the countryside in long, deliberate lines, and ponds dot the fields. Rather than a single dominant landmark, the town's pattern reflects steady growth along its main roads, with residential blocks and workshops filling in the spaces between them.
A Zhancheng map poster makes this orderly landscape visible: the compact centre, the roads reaching out across the plain, and the fine grid of fields and waterways that surrounds it. It is a restrained composition, suited to anyone whose family comes from the town or who wants a reminder of the northern Jiangsu countryside.

Channels and ditches
Straight waterways cross the surrounding land, part of the dense drainage and irrigation network typical of northern Jiangsu, and appear as clean parallel lines on the map.
Road-led growth
Building tends to follow the main roads, so the town reaches outward in arms rather than forming a neat circle, giving the map a distinctive, slightly irregular outline.
