Zhaobaoshan Map Poster & Print
Zhaobaoshan is in the Zhenhai area of Ningbo, in Zhejiang. It lies where the Yong River reaches the sea, on the edge of the wide waters that lead to the East China Sea. It takes its name from a hill near the river mouth, which has a long history as a coastal defence point. From above, the district is shaped by the river's final stretch and the coastline.
The map shows a landscape of the working coast. There are port basins and quays along the water, large industrial plots and broad roads, and residential neighbourhoods set further inland. The straight lines of docks and the large blocks of industry contrast with the smaller streets of the older town and the rounded outline of the hill.
A Zhaobaoshan map poster brings together river, sea and a heavily built working shoreline. The estuary gives the composition a strong water shape, and the port structures give it sharp geometric edges. It is a map of a place where the city faces the sea directly, and that reads clearly even in a minimal black-and-white print.

Port and quays
Long straight docks and basins line the shore. They give the coastal edge a sharp, geometric pattern that stands out against the open water.
Hill above the estuary
The hill that gives Zhaobaoshan its name rises near the river mouth, a rounded natural form among the surrounding streets and industrial sites.
