Zhongling Map Poster & Print
Zhongling lies in the southeastern part of Chongqing municipality, in the hilly country near the borders with Guizhou and Hunan. From above, the town's layout is dictated by the terrain. Streets run along the valley floor and follow the lines of the hills, so the settlement stretches out into a long, narrow shape rather than spreading in every direction.
This part of Chongqing is marked by steep ridges, narrow river valleys and terraced slopes. Roads leaving town wind through the mountains in tight curves, and farmland occupies whatever flatter ground is available. The map shows a place that has grown within strong natural limits.
A Zhongling map poster captures that tension between town and terrain. The built-up area appears as a firm band of streets, framed by open space and twisting roads. It is an understated design that suits anyone with roots in this corner of Chongqing, or with an interest in how mountain towns take shape.
