Coastal highway
The Black Sea coastal road runs along the shore as one long, confident line, separating the water from the town and giving the whole composition its horizontal backbone.

Görele Map Poster & Print
Görele sits on the eastern Black Sea coast of Giresun province, where the land rises almost straight out of the water. From above, the town reads as a thin band: the shoreline, the coastal highway running parallel to it, and a few rows of streets before the slopes take over. Almost everything is compressed into that strip, which gives the map a clear horizontal rhythm.
A stream reaches the sea at the town, breaking the built strip into two parts and drawing a line up into the valley behind. Inland the contours tighten quickly. Roads that leave the coast turn into switchbacks as they climb, and the orderly blocks of the centre give way to scattered lanes that follow the folds of the hillsides.
This is hazelnut country, and the hills around Görele are covered in orchards that appear on the map as open ground between small settlements. The town is also known across Turkey for its pide, the boat-shaped baked flatbread that carries its name. A Görele map poster captures the coast-and-slope geometry that defines so much of the eastern Black Sea.

The river mouth
A stream meets the sea in the middle of town, splitting the narrow built strip and opening a valley that leads the eye inland toward the hills.
Hazelnut slopes
Behind the town, winding roads climb through orchard country. On paper they become thin, looping lines scattered across open ground, a quiet contrast to the dense waterfront.

Një hartë me kuptim
For people with family roots along the Giresun coast, this map is a compact portrait of home: the sea on one side, the hills on the other and the town held in between. It works well as a reminder of the Black Sea in a room far away from it.
You can set the title, subtitle and coordinates line yourself, adding a family name or the year someone left or returned. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, then download HD files for $9 or order a matte print, framed if you like.
