Odorheiu Secuiesc Map Poster & Print
Odorheiu Secuiesc lies in the upper valley of the Târnava Mare in Harghita County. On a map the river runs through the town, and the streets fan out from it toward the surrounding hills. The centre is compact. Its squares and churches sit close together, and roads leave the centre along the valley floor or climb the slopes.
The town is one of the cultural centres of Székely Land, and most of its residents speak Hungarian. In Hungarian it is called Székelyudvarhely. That dual identity appears on signs and in schools, but from above it is the landscape that sets the shape: a valley town, with the outer streets following the terrain.
A Odorheiu Secuiesc map poster shows how the town pulls together in the valley. It has a dense centre and a river line, and a looser pattern of streets on the hillsides. It is a quiet, balanced composition that works well in a room where you want a map with some depth to it.

Central squares
The old core is built around a small group of squares and church grounds. Here the street network is at its densest and most irregular.
Hillside streets
On the outer slopes, the streets bend with the contours. This gives the edges of the map a softer, more organic pattern.
