Looping residential streets
Rather than a rigid grid, the neighbourhood is built from curving streets and cul-de-sacs, producing an organic pattern that looks especially elegant in fine black line.

Belvedere Park Map Poster & Print
Belvedere Park is an unincorporated community in DeKalb County, a few miles east of downtown Decatur in the wider Atlanta metro. Seen from above, it is a classic mid-century suburb. Its streets loop and curve rather than run straight, short cul-de-sacs are tucked between them, and generous lots leave plenty of room for trees. The layout feels relaxed, a deliberate break from the older grids closer to the city.
Much of the neighbourhood was built in the decades after the Second World War, when Atlanta's suburbs spread steadily outward along new arterial roads. Those main corridors still frame the community, carrying traffic towards Decatur and the Perimeter, while the residential streets inside them stay calm and inward-looking. Small creeks and wooded strips run through the area and add softer lines to the plan.
This gentle, organic street pattern is what makes a strong print. A Belvedere Park map poster turns the looping roads into flowing black lines that almost resemble the veins of a leaf, with the arterials giving it structure. For anyone who bought a first home here or grew up on one of these streets, it offers a familiar view in a clean, modern form.
