Mapa
Bensalem Map Poster & Print
Bensalem Township lies in lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania, just across the city line from north-east Philadelphia. Its map is framed by water: Poquessing Creek to the south-west, Neshaminy Creek to the north-east and the broad Delaware River along the south-eastern edge. Within that frame, neighbourhoods, business parks and shopping centres are stitched together by major roads.
Interstate 95, the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the Northeast Corridor rail line all pass through Bensalem, making it one of the best-connected places in the region. The township is also home to Parx Casino and its racetrack, and along the river stands Andalusia, a historic estate long associated with the Biddle family.
A Bensalem map poster captures a place that is part river town, part suburb and part transport hub. The creeks and the Delaware give it a clear, satisfying outline, while the dense web of streets inside shows how the township grew alongside Philadelphia over the course of the twentieth century.
