Bittou lies in the Centre-Est region of Burkina Faso, not far from where the country meets Ghana and Togo. Its position shapes how it looks from above. Roads from several directions meet at the town, and the streets grow outward from that junction. Around it, open savanna and farmland stretch in every direction.
The streets form a loose grid of wide, unpaved blocks. The grid is tightest near the centre and fades into fields and scattered compounds at the edges. Because there are few natural barriers, the town's outline is soft and uneven, and it gets thinner toward the edge of the map.
