Road junction core
Several district roads converge at the centre, and the town grew around their meeting point. On the poster this gives the street pattern a clear focus from which lanes radiate.

Devadurga Map Poster
Devadurga is a taluk headquarters in the Raichur district of northern Karnataka, on the broad, dry plateau of the Deccan. On a map the town appears as a compact knot of streets where several roads meet. The densest lanes are near the centre, and plots and newer buildings are spaced more loosely toward the outskirts.
The land around it is agricultural and largely flat, broken by the rocky outcrops that are common across this part of the Deccan. The Krishna river flows through the wider taluk, and field boundaries and irrigation channels give the countryside a faint, repeated pattern that becomes visible when the map is drawn at a wider scale.
A Devadurga map poster is a simple, honest portrait: a market town, the roads that connect it to villages and district towns, and the open land in between. Because the place is small, individual lanes stay legible, so the poster reads almost like the plan of a neighbourhood rather than a city.

Old lanes
Near the centre the lanes are narrow and irregular, the result of gradual growth over time. They have a finer texture than the more spacious plots built on the edges of town.
Deccan farmland
Beyond the built-up area, field tracks and scattered settlements spread across the plateau, so the edges of the map fade into a rural pattern rather than a hard boundary.

Many families from Devadurga now live in Bengaluru, Hyderabad or further away. A map of the home town, hung in a new house, is a way to keep hold of the streets where childhood happened, and it does not need a famous landmark to mean something.
Write your own title and subtitle, perhaps with the family's name, and adjust the coordinates line. Choose from five styles, including Noir and Paper. Check the free watermarked preview first, then download 300 DPI PNG and PDF files in six sizes for $9.
