Valley-plain setting
The town sits on flatter ground between uplands, so its streets spread more evenly than in the hills and form a clear central mass on the map.

Mapa
Dongdu Map Poster & Print
Dongdu lies in the hill country of central Shandong, where rounded uplands alternate with broader, flatter valley floors. The town is built on one of those flatter areas, and from above its streets form a moderately regular pattern. A few main roads carry traffic across the valley and link the town with its neighbours, giving the map a clear framework.
Like many towns in this part of China, Dongdu has grown quickly in recent decades, and the map shows both older, closely spaced lanes and newer blocks with wider streets and larger footprints. The edges of the town blend into farmland and villages, where field boundaries and small roads add a light texture around the denser centre.
The region has a long agricultural history and, more recently, a history of mining and industry that shaped the growth of towns across central Shandong. A Dongdu map poster stays with what can be seen from above: a town on open ground, its roads reaching out across the valley, and the hills rising quietly at the margins.

Old and new blocks
Tighter lanes near the centre give way to wide, regular blocks at the edges, showing the town's recent growth in a single view.
Rural edges
Farmland and village roads surround the built-up area, adding fine lines to the margins and making the outline of the town easy to read.
