Mapa
Hale Map Poster & Print
Hale lies in Trafford, next to Altrincham, on the southern edge of Greater Manchester. From above, it looks green: large plots, mature trees and quiet avenues that curve rather than run straight. The railway line runs through the middle, and the small village centre sits around the station. That compact knot of shops and streets stands out against the spacious residential areas around it.
To the south, the River Bollin cuts a shallow, wooded valley that forms a natural edge between the suburb and the open Cheshire countryside. Hale Barns lies to the east, and Manchester Airport is not far beyond. A Hale map poster shows how a commuter suburb has kept a village character, with a clear centre and generous space between the houses.
Hale has long had a reputation as one of the more affluent addresses in the Manchester area, and the map reflects this in its low density and the size of its gardens. Yet the underlying plan remains simple: a railway, a village centre, a few principal roads and a river valley. It is a restrained composition that suits the calm style of these posters.

Bollin valley
The River Bollin winds through a wooded valley south of the suburb and marks a green boundary between Greater Manchester and the Cheshire countryside.
Garden avenues
Long, gently curving roads lined with large plots define much of Hale. On the map, they form an open network of fine lines with a lot of white space.

Zašto Hale
Mapa koja nešto znači
Hale is a place people put down roots, so a map of it makes a natural housewarming or anniversary gift. It also suits people who grew up here and have since moved away from Greater Manchester.
Add a title, a subtitle such as the year you moved in, and a coordinates line, then choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Printed posters ship on matte paper, with or without a wooden frame, and HD files are $9.
