Mansfield Map Poster & Print
Mansfield lies on the southern edge of the Dallas–Fort Worth area and spreads across parts of Tarrant, Johnson and Ellis counties. It began in the 1850s around a grist mill built by Ralph Man and Julian Feild, and their names were combined to form the town's name. On a map the original town appears as a small grid of blocks around Main Street.
Around that core, Mansfield has grown into a patchwork of residential neighbourhoods with looping streets and cul-de-sacs, the typical pattern of North Texas suburbs. Highway corridors, including US 287, cut through the city on long diagonals, and creeks lined with greenbelts wind between the subdivisions. Joe Pool Lake lies to the northeast, just beyond the city.
A Mansfield map poster captures the contrast between the old grid and the newer growth. The downtown blocks form a tight, recognisable centre, while the outer districts fill the frame with curving patterns. It works well for families who have settled in the city and want a map of the neighbourhood where they bought their first home.

Suburban loops
Winding residential streets and cul-de-sacs fill most of the map and create dense, organic textures that look especially detailed at the larger print sizes.
Creeks and corridors
Walnut Creek and other waterways cross the city in green bands, while US 287 and other major roads slice through on long diagonal lines.
