Natividade Map Poster & Print
Natividade is a small municipality in the northwest of Rio de Janeiro state, a region of rolling hills, pastures and river valleys far from the coast and the metropolis. On a map the town appears as a compact cluster of streets set along the valley floor, with the surrounding land rising into irregular hills crossed by winding rural roads.
Its layout is typical of the interior towns of the region: a central area around a church and a square, streets that follow the lie of the land rather than a strict grid, and a river that sets the direction of growth. Beyond the urban area the map opens into farmland and scattered settlements linked by roads that bend around the slopes.
A Natividade map poster keeps the focus on this simple relationship between town, river and hills. The streets form a small, dense shape in the middle of the frame, and the lines of water and roads lead the eye out into the countryside. It is a quiet, balanced image, well suited to a minimalist print.
