Four quarters
Otolo, Uruagu, Umudim and Nnewichi make up the traditional structure of the town. On the map they merge into continuous settlement, yet the roads between them still hint at the older division.

Mapa
Nnewi Map Poster & Print
Nnewi spreads across gently rolling land in the south of Anambra State, south-east of Onitsha. Rather than a single centre, the map shows a web of roads linking closely built compounds, markets and workshops, with the town traditionally made up of four quarters: Otolo, Uruagu, Umudim and Nnewichi. The density is high but irregular, following old paths more than any imposed grid.
The town is known across Nigeria as a centre of trade and manufacturing, particularly for motor spare parts, and its markets connect it to buyers far beyond the state. It is home to Innoson, one of the country's first indigenous vehicle makers, and the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital stands here, drawing patients from across the south-east.
A Nnewi map poster records a town built by commerce: the main roads carrying goods toward Onitsha and beyond, the tight clusters of lanes around markets and factories, and the family compounds that anchor each quarter. In black and white the pattern becomes a fine, almost woven mesh that rewards a closer look.

Spare-parts trade
The commercial heart of Nnewi is a dense zone of shops and warehouses serving the motor parts trade. From above it reads as a tight knot of short streets and closely packed blocks.
Industrial edges
Factories and assembly plants sit along the roads leading out of town, their large rectangular footprints standing out clearly against the finer grain of the surrounding residential compounds.

Zašto Nnewi
Mapa koja nešto znači
Many Nnewi families live far from the town but return for festivals and family events. A map keeps that connection visible in a house in Lagos, London or Houston, and it makes a thoughtful gift for a parent or a newly married couple.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line with a family name, a quarter or a wedding date. The poster comes in five styles: Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand, and can be downloaded as HD files or ordered printed and framed.
