Mapa
Reno Map Poster & Print
Reno lies in the Truckee Meadows, a broad valley in western Nevada at the eastern foot of the Sierra Nevada. The Truckee River flows through downtown from west to east, and from above the city appears as a grid spreading across the valley floor, with newer subdivisions curling into the surrounding hills and bare desert slopes beyond them.
Reno grew from a railroad town into a centre of gaming and entertainment, and the arch over Virginia Street still calls it The Biggest Little City in the World. Downtown casinos cluster near the river, while the University of Nevada, Reno, occupies the rise to the north. Lake Tahoe is less than an hour's drive into the mountains.
A Reno map poster shows the tight downtown grid beside the river, the interstate cutting east to west past the centre, the airport's runways to the south and the looping streets of the foothill neighbourhoods. The contrast between valley grid and mountain edge gives the print a clear structure in every style.

Downtown grid
A compact grid of blocks around Virginia Street holds the casinos, the arch and the older commercial buildings, the densest area on the map.
Foothill neighbourhoods
Residential streets curve along the slopes at the edges of the valley, forming winding patterns that contrast with the straight grid below.
